A delightful mid terraced, south facing cottage, rare in Beaumaris! As you step inside all your troubles and cares will fade away. The cottage has a wonderful calm about it, the white and cream colours intermingled with a lovely bright colour here and there give a special, relaxing feel.Open plan sitting and dining room with comfy sofas - even the TV has been tucked away so as not to intrude but it is there together with the DVD! Dining table and chairs for more formal meals, I love the window! The kitchen is full of sunshine and well equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - the sun pours in through the back door which leads to a small paved sitting area with table and chairs and the small garden, a real suntrap.
Upstairs the main bedroom has a 5' bed is cosy and prettily decorated. Two further bedrooms, one small double room (4' bed) and a further double room. Both rooms have nice touches such as the Welsh tapestry throw. A bright bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin.
A truly delightful, calm cottage where you will not fail to recharge your batteries!
Spent a week in this beautiful cottage. Extremely comfortable and very handy for walking to pubs and restaurants in the evening (two minute walk). The owners have done a wonderful job of modernising this house. Can't wait to return. Kassie Byrne
We have just spent a splendid week in Beaumaris in this lovely property. The pictures on the web site honestly do not do this lovely property justice. The cottage has all the creature comforts you need and is well presented. Also, it is situated in an ideal location, which is nice and peaceful but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Overall we can highly recommend 15 Rosehill after really enjoying ourselves here! Phil, Helen and Family
