Accommodation

A sweet, bright, single story cottage beside the owner's property with a pleasant garden and a rural outlook.

Conveniently placed to visit the wonderful beach at Newborough with its renowned nature reserve and bird hides. Many of Anglesey's top attractions are within a short drive of the cottage.

The morning sun pours into the sitting room, which has a dining area in one corner of the room. A comfy suite sits around the fireplace with an electric fire. There is also electric storage heating.

A good sized bedroom with twin beds leads from the sitting room.

Shower room with walk in shower, loo and wash hand basin.

A pretty garden at the back of the house backs on to the neighbour's garden - your privacy is important to them and will be respected.

The kitchen is fitted with electric cooker, fridge, toaster and microwave.

Freezer and washing machine in the leanto outside.

Visitor Comments

Enjoyed my stay.
Owners very helpful even to the extent that they helped me with my attempts at speaking Welsh.
A lovely peaceful spot but near to many attractions.
Avril MacCheyne

The cottage makes a good base for cyclists as there are some lovely cycle rides from the village and there is a lockable shed in the back garden for bikes. The back garden is fairly private with a lovely view of the church/chapel. The cottage is very quiet at night for those who need a good night's sleep. There is a basic grocery store at the petrol station on the main road and a good cafe at the White Lodge camp/caravan site on the way to Newborough which provides evening meals, but book in advance. A 2 mile bike ride leads down to a picturesque shoreline looking across the Menai to Caernavon Castle - the best view is in the evening. Dawn Brown
