Downstairs is a cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin, boiler room and a door to the rear courtyard with garden furniture and pretty tubs of geraniums.

We had a fabulous family suprise birthday in December. Amazing house ,beautiful facilities perfect for all 9 of us great space and beautiful location would certainly recommend a stay here and the gardener was so hopeful finding us logs for the log burner when we arrived on a freezing december day. Very cosy. Sue last

A lovely place, peaceful with superb gardens. The house was roomy and comfortable and the wonderful kitchen had everything required and made for easy catering. The lounge was cosy and it was just ideal together with no 2 Pen y Parc for a family get together to celebrate Mum's 80th birthday in style! Jacqueline Cheetham

We had a wonderful family holiday here, my wife and I, my brother and My 93 year old Mother. My brother and my Mother stayed here the year before too. It is a wonderful spacious house, with all you need, the gardens are absolutely extensive and beautiful and has a permanent gardener who is very knowleagable and helpful. There is lots of private parking and lots of nice walks. The on-suite bedrooms are very comfortable and well equipped, We will definately return. Paul Dodson

Wonderful House for our extended family 3-generations Christmas celebrations ; lots of space; tasteful furnishings and very warm and comfortable . Roaring woodburner, plenty of hot water. Interesting grounds with good views .Beaumaris an easy drive and walkable if you can manage the steep uphill return . Lots to see and beautiful beaches and coastline . Isobel Davies

What a beautiful house, we really enjoyed our stay and our other halfs could not believe how close the golf course was to the property (end of drive). Only a few minutes drive into the town which has a host of lovely cafes and resturants. If you do decide to stay at this property you wont be disappointed. Gail Broom
