An outstanding property in a breathtaking location set in mature gardens overlooking the Menai Strait with the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia.

Close to the bustling town of Beaumaris with quaint little streets, the moated castle and some of Anglesey's best known restaurants, pubs and cafes. Excellent shops, galleries and Sarah's Deli with a really interesting cheese selection.

Pen y Parc, formerly owned by the Williams-Bulkeley family, has been most carefully converted and refurbished. This once vast house is now three super, self-contained, luxurious holiday houses.

Super, spacious, bright kitchen with lovely views, extremely well equipped with electric range type oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler all set around a central island. Large dining table and chairs complete this room where you can linger over relaxing holiday meals.

The sitting room has the most magnificent views. It is a welcoming room with plenty of sofas set around the open fire for chilly evenings. There is a TV, DVD, CD player and Bose I-Pod unit. Double doors lead through to the snug playroom / sitting room with TV, ideal for younger guests.

Utility room with washing machine and masses of space for drying clothes, and separate downstairs loo and basin.

Upstairs to four bright bedrooms, all with fantastic views. The king size bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath, basin and heated towel rail. A further double room, twin room and a bunk bedroom with single bed. Bathroom with loo, shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail.

Outside you can wander and enjoy acres of grounds,from which you can enjoy beautiful scenery and and a fabulous collections of plants - but parents of small children beware of the pond! To the rear of the house relax and enjoy the patio for a peaceful drink or al fresco meals soaking up the evening sun.
