An absolutely fabulous townhouse with the most breathtaking view across Red Wharf Bay. Not only do you have the finest townhouse in this luxurious complex but you are within walking distance of one of Anglesey's best pubs -The Ship (which also has a restaurant) and the Boathouse which has a family café and restaurant.
You can step out on to the Coastal Footpath, walk up to the newly opened Coast Gallery or simply relax and indulge in this wonderful house and enjoy the views, birdlife and sea air!!
This contemporary house is really 21st Century. Welcoming and comfy, just so different, amazing kitchen, contemporary furniture from Heals and lovely paintings. You will never tire of the view and you will not want to go home!!!
The ground floor has two bedrooms, both overlooking the bay, a twin room and a double room. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin, the utility room is great for little feet coming straight in from the beach as it has its own shower. Washer/ dryer.
Upstairs, passing a magnificent painting on the way, to open plan living area with oak flooring throughout, doors opening on to the balcony where there is plenty of space to sit and soak up the scenery and what a view! The property looks straight onto Red Wharf Bay with its ever changing picture of sea, sand, boats and birds, depending on the tides.
The sitting room has comfy sofas and chairs, gas flame fire set into the wall, flat screen TV, Sky, sound system including DVD, CD and radio, I-Pod dock and a telescope! Dining table and cheerful bright red chairs overlook the balcony, open the doors and you may as well be eating out!
The designer built kitchen has everything you could want for! Fantastic coffee maker (only takes beans and we leave you a bag), large granite topped central island doubles as a breakfast bar, inset sink, dishwasher, gas range type hob, electric oven and combination microwave cooker.
Children's snug; this is about the only room without a view! Flat screen TV with Freeview, Play Station 2 and masses of games and DVDs.
Upstairs to the master bedroom with balcony, en-suite shower room, loo, basin and stainless steel towel rail.
Twin bedroom which has 2 pull out beds (£20 extra charge per trundle used), ideal for the odd sleepover, check with us first! En-suite shower room, loo and wash hand basin, electric towel rail.
We've just returned from a holiday at 4 The Quay, Angelsey, and would like to say what a wonderful property it is, my husband had the best 50th birthday ever, we could have spent the week just admiring the view,and we had the best sunrise over the bay, the property had everything you could want, and more, i would recommend anyone to try the cottage suppers they were very good, it was very nice to have meals ready to just pop in the oven when you wanted them, we definately will be returning in the future Diane Reed
We have just returned from a weeks stay at 4 The Quays and wanted to say how fantastic the property was.
It was immaculate and had everything we could have ever wanted and more - the owners had thought of everything and the welcome flowers and coffee beans were a lovely touch.
