Bank House is in a truly exceptional location. Right on the waterfront this Grade II listed, late Georgian terraced house has the most magnificent views of Snowdonia mountain range and the sea. Big rooms and high ceilings in keeping with the era in which it was built, this makes a fantastic family house. We just love this house and its location. Simply walk out of the front door and you are right on the waterfront and just minutes from the popular Pier House Cafe, a great place to sit and soak up the sun in stunning surroundings.Beaumaris is such a popular town and there is plenty to do. It's easy to spend an afternoon meandering through the town just window shopping and maybe stopping for an ice cream. Local artist Janet Bell has her art gallery here and it's well worth a visit! The Brasserie is just a few minutes walk away and Ye Olde Bulls Head is everything a good old fashioned pub should be: warm and inviting with crackling open fires and great ales to be tasted. For a more intimate setting then there is The Loft and Cerrig - both great restaurants with great food. There are plenty of events to be enjoyed all year round here; book early if you want to come for the Regattas, the music festival, events at the Beaumaris Castle, the Bonfire Party, The Victorian Christmas Street Party and the New Years Eve Firework Display.
Bank House is a three storey upstairs maisonette, it is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and very large with an open plan dining room and the added bonus of looking out onto the pretty and unique high street of Beaumaris below. There is a large lounge with breathtaking views. Whatever the weather, you will be bowled over by its beauty. Snowy distant peaks in the winter to near Mediterranean blue waters in the summer, it is an ever changing view with all the boats and waterfront action you would expect. The master bedroom has an en-suite, and there is also one twin bedroom, one large triple bedroom (double bed and a single bed) and two single bedrooms. There is also an additional spacious family bathroom.There is off road parking at the front of the house and a small garden area to sit and relax in.
