Accommodation Details
This converted beudy (barn/shippon) sits in a peaceful location commanding the most spectacular views towards Yr Eifl hills in the distance. From the cottage there are a great network of footpaths, fantastic bird watching on the Foryd or at the RSPB reserve next door. A mile from the wonderful beach at Dinas Dinlle and a little further will take you to the historic town of Caernarfon.
A warm and cosy hideaway for two, Beudy Penrhos has been converted carefully retaining the character of this building whilst making sure all modern comforts are available such as under floor heating throughout - bliss!
The spacious sitting room has a splendid deep inglenook fire place with wood burning stove, comfy sofas, TV with DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs to one end, a fun kitchen with central workstation which houses a four ring hob to one side and sink and drainer to the other with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, double oven and useful breakfast bar.
A double bedroom, wet room with bath and excellent open shower, heated towel rail, separate loo and wash hand basin.
The boiler room is a great area for drying boots and wet weather gear and deep freezer.
We felt very pampered here: the cottage is spacious for two, the bathroom is glamorous, the bed very comfortable and there are lovely textiles throughout. The owners could not have been more thoughtful and we certainly hope to return. Amanda Scott
