Standing in a most stunning location on a craggy hillside tucked away down a track half a mile from the main Porthmadog to Criccieth road. Surrounded by stone walled fields the views of sea, hills and countryside are quite breathtaking.
Sensitively converted to combine old and new the barn which dates back to the 14th Century is adjacent to Bron Y Foel, the owners home, and offers complete privacy together with peace and tranquillity.
An impressive large open living room with massive oak trussed beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, limestone flag floor with under floor heating throughout the ground floor - bliss!
Steps down from the sitting/dining area to the well-equipped kitchen with mini dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooker and plenty of good utensils.
Two bedrooms - one double on the ground floor with views on to the garden, next door is the bathroom with loo, bath, shower, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The airing cupboard houses the washing/machine and tumble drier with hanging space for the double room. The second bedroom with three single beds has fantastic views along the coast round to Criccieth Castle is off a balustrated balcony.
You just have to stay here to see for yourselves to see what a lovely hideaway it is.
