Bryn Afon is a substantial Victorian house in a large garden. It is close to the sea near picturesque Penmon Point, one of the prettiest corners of Anglesey with historic buildings, lovely footpaths to explore, two golf courses within 4 miles and a small bay for swimming close to the house. The lovely peaceful surroundings and ever-changing sea and mountain views will be your lasting memory of your stay at Bryn Afon.

The house has been modernised to a very high standard and is a light and bright holiday home with ample space for families to get together. The kitchen is well appointed and has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and boiler and a large airing cupboard. The breakfast area in the kitchen has seating for up to ten, and a woodburning stove and fireside chairs create a farmhouse atmosphere for this informal dining area. There is a separate dining room with seating for eight plus a window seat which looks over the courtyard and garden and is a lovely room for dining in style. The spacious sitting room has deep sofas and chairs and can accommodate the whole party in comfort.

On the first floor are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a 5ft. bed and looks across the sea to the mountains and a second double room shares this lovely view. There is a twin room looking over the garden and these three rooms have polished floors and rugs. The bathroom is luxurious having a bath with Jacuzzi and hand shower, twin wash basins and a WC, whilst there is also a separate shower room with a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Stairs lead to two good size attic bedrooms, both with sea and mountain views. There is a double room and a room with twin beds. All the beds have duvets.

Surrounding the house is a very large garden with lawns and trees, plenty of space for children to play and a sunny courtyard for outdoor meals and sitting in the sun. Beaumaris with its shops, pubs and restaurants is only a few minutes away by car.
