Bryn y Mor is just a delight, not only does it have spectacular views and a glorious garden the house is bursting with happiness, every room is full of interesting surprises, the rug in the sitting room, the tiny bathroom with room for a shower as well, the little library room, the tiles, the colours - I feel very privileged to have such a home in our portfolio, in the perfect location with a path leading from the garden down to two beaches, Samsons Cove and Garreg Cruwc. The house was featured on S4C programme O 4 Wal.The views from here in the winter must be fantastic as there is little or no light pollution.
A very cheerful huge kitchen and dining room. The french doors open on to the terrace so you can enjoy eating in or out with ease and the magnificent view. The kitchen has Aga, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment you could want for the best of cooks. The little utility has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, loo and shower.
The sitting room is so relaxing and comfy. Here you will see the delightful seaside rug in front of the gas flame fire which is so snug during the winter, CD player, the little library room has TV with video, loo with wash hand basin. Upstairs to the galleried landing and four bedrooms.The Harlech Room as is it is now not surprisingly has views across the sea towards Harlech, twin beds, with en suite shower room with loo and wash hand basin, the master bedroom has french windows opening on to a balcony with table and chairs - so romantic! The most delightful bathroom adjoins this room with slipper bath, separate shower, I love the tiles, loo and wash hand basin. A single bedroom, down a few steps to separate loo, across to a shower room with wash hand basin. The fourth bedroom is a twin suite with twin beds, and small sitting room. All in all a very charming house!
The garden has been designed to have something flowering every month of the year, you can walk across to a little grassed hill where you can sit and soak up the views. Table and chairs on the terrace and the odd more relaxing chair.

This house is stunning. The views are amazing. It was so peaceful. The house was very clean and the tea/coffee and Bara Brith waiting for us in the kitchen was a lovely touch. There is loads to do in the local area but the house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if they want. The beach is just a 10 minute walk and pleasantly secluded.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend it to others (I already have!) We would definately stay there again ourselves.
