Bwthyn (Welsh for cottage) is situated in the quiet village of Clynnog Fawr on the glorious Lleyn Peninsula. From the cottage you can walk down a pretty tree lined path with a tumbling stream to the beach, which is sandy when the tide is out. The coast line of the Lleyn is outstanding in its beauty with pretty coves and bays, fantastic coastal walks, masses of history not least the imposing church at Clynnog dating back to the 7th century and the iron fort at Tre'r Ceiri is just 5 minutes away.Bwthyn is a delightful traditional Welsh stone cottage in a pretty terrace with views of the splendid church and out to sea.
The lovely cosy sitting room has TV with surround sound & Freeview, DVD, CD, games console & ipod docking station. One step up to the kitchen combined with dining area which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier.
Upstairs to three pretty bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom with two single beds and an extra pull out bed - ideal for a little extra guest! Bathroom with loo, bath with shower over, wash hand basin.

We spent a week at this lovely cottage the last week of September 2010. The photographs do not do the property justice. The front room is very spacious, the kitchen not shown on the website was lovely and there was ample room for cooking and dining for 6 people. The beds were lovely and comfy with a quirky theme of sheep running thorughout the cottage. The location of the cottage is perfect for accessing Pwhelli, Carneaforn and Snowdon. The owners have thought of everything you could need during your stay, especially for a family, with a collection of DVD's, games, playstation and safety gate, travel cot etc. We had a really great time. We are looking to go back for a weekend before the end of the year. Kelly & Conway Clan
My friends and I spent a weekend golfing around the Lleyn Peninsula. This cottage was ideal as a base location. The pub (80 metres walk away) served good food, and Londis (convenience store) 80 metres in the other direction were very useful. Views of the sea and the 6th Century church from the lounge and two front bedrooms were a bonus. The pictures do not give the cottage enough justice. Excellent value for money also. William Murphy
We had a great time here. Myself & some fellow Hill Runners stayed here and enjoyed great runs straight out of the back door of this lovely 3 bed cottage. We found the cottage very comfortable with good facilities. One being that it was very close to the pub!!Highly reccomended.
Thank you !!!! Darren Minjoot
