Wow! I am so thrilled this fabulous house has joined us! It really has the feel good factor, tucked away on the hillside looking out to sea - if you are looking for privacy & inspirational views, this is the house for you. From almost every window, you can see Criccieth castle - and of course, uninterrupted views of the sea! So peaceful and serene, you will feel relaxed and at one with the world! Caer Dyni was even featured in a Robinsons fruit juice advert during Wimbledon week!

 The owners have created a truly stunning home from home with lots of thought and no expense spared. This fabulous house is part original, part new - exquisitely joined together by an amazing room with slate floors, rocking chairs looking out to sea through the glass wall, solid wooden pillars and beautifully constructed staircase. Tastefully furnished throughout with original & hand crafted pieces, you will not be disappointed.

Enter the house through the large utility room with sink, washing machine & dryer, and cloakroom with loo & wash hand basin, into the spacious family open plan kitchen and dining room. The handcrafted dining table (made by Caer Dyni's very talented owner) with leather chairs seats eight comfortably and is a real centrepiece in the room alongside the wood burning stove and oak floors with underfloor heating . The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has a log burning Esse cooker and also a electric cooker & gas hob, American style fridge w/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher. TV and all the utensils you could need.

The spacious sitting room really is a room with a view! Look straight out to sea through the wall of windows from the comfort of squishy sofas set around the cosy wood burner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi.

The ground floor bedroom has comfy twin single beds and wall hung TV/DVD player. On the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, all tastefully decorated with muted, soft seaside colours and beautiful furniture, and wall hung TV's/DVDs. The master bedroom has the most amazing solid wooden 'stock's bed' - a real treat! The en-suite with stunning roll top bath, separate corner shower and the most fabulous sink bowl - carried home with love all the way from Marrakesh! Two double bedrooms with double beds, one is en-suite with loo, wash hand basin and shower. Again, both are beautifully decorated, with fresh soft linen & TV/DVD in each.

I love the family bathroom with loo, wash hand basin, separate shower - the slipper bath is a delight! Bright chirpy pictures inspired by the seaside hang on the walls injecting a splash of colour and serve to remind you of your location!
