This wonderful house is surrounded by open countryside, located just far enough off the beaten track to enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a short drive to the busy town of Porthmadog and the popular seaside town of Criccieth. Within a short drive there are so many things to see and do - the Italianate village of Portmerion, the Welsh Highland Railways, Criccieth Castle, the slate mines at Llechwedd, lovely beaches and stunning walks.

When you enter this fabulous house, you'll pass the useful cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin, and the practical utility room with washer / dryer. The first room to impress you is the wonderful stylish kitchen and from here on in, each room continues to impress as much as the last! This well equipped, modern kitchen has everything you could need to create a delicious meal for the whole family - Aga, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stainless steel electric oven and hob. With an enormous table and chairs, this is a great space in which you will enjoy lingering over meals and spending time with the family. Through to the cosy sitting room and you'll find a log burning stove set into the impressive inglenook fireplace, comfy squishy leather sofas and a large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD. There is also a second, smaller sitting room for those looking for a moment to themselves, with flatscreen TV and electric wood burning effect stove.

Upstairs are 5 lovely bedrooms. The double has an en-suite, large shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and loo. There are two twin rooms with bunk beds in each, a single room, then across the hall is the master bedroom with stunning iron cast bed and bags of space, en-suite with loo, wash hand basin and shower. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and spacious and most have countryside views looking out to sea. There is also a family bathroom with bath with shower over, loo and hand basin.

Just when you think you have seen everything there is to see, go up the stairs again to a fantastic huge 3rd sitting room / games room with sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD, table football and two steps up into the best pool room we have ever seen. This room is just perfect for teenagers to chill out, or for the grown up boys!

Outside there is a seating area with garden furniture.
