A fantastic house that we are delighted to have back in our brochure
the house has been completely rebuilt by the owners of many years. Much
thought has gone into the design of the house to offer a bright light
contemporary summerhouse and a snug cosy house for the winter months.
Treaddur
Bay is bustling with activity in the summer, sailing, windsurfing,
diving, skiing, swimming, fabulous long clean sandy Blue Flag beach,
which is flanked by charming little coves and bays on either side,
great for family holidays. Or come in May, June, September and enjoy
the sunshine and lap up the peace and tranquillity of this pretty
village.
Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Golf course just a mile away.
A wonderful light family kitchen dining room, French doors on to the patio with table and chairs.
The
kitchen is well equipped with a six ring 2 oven gas range cooker,
larder fridge freezer, microwave, tiled floors, large family dining
table and chairs with wood burning stove for chilly days.
Stairs
to the sitting room which commands the most fantastic views to the main
beach, sliding doors on to balcony with table and chairs, lovely open
fireplace comfy seating for six, plenty of games.
Downstairs are
four bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom with shower over the
bath, sliding doors on to the garden. Two twin rooms one opening on to
garden, one bunk room with interesting bunks set at right angles so
adults may sleep comfortably in these. Bathroom with bath, shower, loo
and wash hand basin and a wet room with shower basin and loo ideal for
coming in straight from the beach. The utility room has washing
machine, dryer and sink, the garage has masses of space for drying any
wet gear; I would certainly make use of the garage as every day access.

We stayed here last June for my Mum's 70th - just a long weekend - we could definitely have stayed longer. Beautiful house with everything you could want. The house was just the right amount of comfort and the kitchen was enormous with every fitting and crockery you could need. Ideal location for a walk to the beach and a stroll down to The Trearddur Bay Hotel to eat in the evening. C Rice
