Accommodation Details
This is an absolute gem of a holiday cottage nestling in a fantastic secluded location just a few minutes from the blue flag beaches and pretty coves of this bustling village. Play Golf, walk the coastal footpath or just relax and enjoy this delightful house.
Cwm Farm has been presented with great care and talent using fun and interesting fabrics, carefully mixing modern with old, full of colour. A house of tremendous charm, oozing peace and tranquillity.
The farmhouse kitchen is a great focal point of this house with a large table in the centre of the room ideal for enjoying lingering meals, The kitchen is very well equipped with electric range type cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and all the gadgets that you would want to produce an excellent meal!!
Should you be celebrating a special occasion or birthday there is a very simply decorated barn attached to the house, which would lend itself to a large dinner party.
From the sun room that has cane furniture you can walk out onto the garden and enjoy the evening sunshine and soak up the sea air.
The sitting room is comfy and homely. Sofas and chairs around the open fire, T.V. with video, off the sitting room is a small room ideal for pouring and storing your refreshments! Front door opens on to the garden.
Upstairs the three twin bedrooms are all delightfully furnished.
Bathroom with bath, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Downstairs there is a splendid shower room with double power shower, wash hand basin, loo and heated towel rail.
The Bothy
This is a dear little addition to the Farmhouse, ideal for summer use may be too cold in the winter. It has a single and double bedroom; again the owner has used lovely fabrics, colours and furniture, Bathroom with bath, shower, loo and wash hand basin.
Outside the house is surrounded by pretty enclosed private garden, with orchard and garden furniture. You cannot fail to have a fantastic relaxing time here! There are lovely walks through a private bluebell wood belonging to Cwm and down to the stony beach. A wonderful place for canoeing and wind surfing on the inland sea.
