Wow! What a place! This beautiful Georgian style house has been built to the highest standard and has all the modern conveniences you could possibly need. Go up the gated drive, park your car and turn around - the view is simply stunning! Standing majestically above Dinas Lake, this house has a view you will never tire of seeing.

Nant Gwynant is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is within Snowdonia National Park. The area is world famous for its stunning scenery, mountains and lakes. Almost every room in the house is a room with a view. There are so many walks and footpaths straight from the front door you will be spoilt for choice. Nearby is Beddgelert an idyllic and stunning Welsh village with so much to offer. Restaurants, tea rooms and good old fashioned pubs with crackling log fires!

From the moment you step into Dinas Noddfa you will be able to appreciate the expense, time and thought that the owner has put into creating this fantastic Georgian masterpiece. Even the entrance hall is impressive with its solid oak furniture and rather grand staircase. Through to the formal dining room with light oak panelling, oak dining table seating 6 comfortably, or can extend to seat 8, open fire for extra warmth adding to the ambience. From the formal dining room, walk into the open plan kitchen and breakfast room with the most magnificent rounded window looking out towards the mountains and lake. The handmade kitchen is stylish and well equipped with double Belfast sink, solid granite worktops, dishwasher, fridge, six burner electric range cooker with hob, grill, oven and separate spit oven, perfect for roasting chicken for Sunday lunch! The kitchen also has a flatscreen TV with Freeview and a payphone which also accepts incoming calls (the mobile phone signal is very poor). The kitchen table sits in the huge bow window so you probably won't want to move anywhere else after dinner! The comfortable sitting room has sumptious sofas and chairs to seat 6, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, open fire, and again, amazing views! There is a utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is a ground floor bathroom with loo, basin, heated towel rail and shower with a drencher head.

Upstairs to three luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suites. The master bedroom with king size mahogany sleigh bed w/ ensuite shower room - shower, loo and wash hand basin, 2nd double bedroom with standard double cream wrought iron bedstead w/ ensuite bathroom with hand held shower, loo and wash hand basin and a delightful twin room with blue spotty bed linen and an ensuite shower room with loo and wash hand basin.

The house is accessed via a private gated drive and has ample parking for three or four cars. There is a walled lawned garden with garden furniture to the front of the house so you can make the most of the views and enjoy a glass or two of wine watching the sun go down over the lake.
