Accommodation Details

This house is fabulous - glossy magazine interior, stunning views, lovely garden.

The owners have left no stone unturned when it comes to detail, wonderful colours, interesting design, contemporary soft furnishings. Outside is a decked verandah with subtle lighting, breathtaking views across the garden and Menai Strait to the hills of Snowdonia in the distance.

The Dower House sleeps 6 + 2 children. Three double bedrooms each with its own individual style. The cream and pink room looks on to a small terrace and garden, spacious ensuite shower room, large wardrobe, Velux roof windows with electric blinds (not to be played with, however tempting!) The second double bedroom with low double bed opens on to the verandah, fabulous views. The bathroom has a double-ended bath with hand shower, wash hand basin and loo. The third room, again the bed is quite low, door opening on to a little terrace with table and chairs, spacious ensuite shower room with corner shower unit, wash hand basin, loo and heated towel rail. A small staircase from the landing leads up to the children's room, which is open plan, rather like a crog loft, ideal for older children.

Fabulous kitchen with dining room to one end French windows open onto the verandah. The kitchen is well equipped with range type electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, all situated around a central island, CD player. Stairs to the open plan sitting room, comfy sofas and chairs around the wood-burning stove, French windows opening on to the balcony, there is even a telescope for you to lap up the views, TV, DVD, Video.

Small children's sitting room, snug with TV, DVD and video and doors opening onto verandah and garden.

The utility room has sink, washing machine and plenty of storage space for the essential holiday bottles, boots and baskets!

If booked along with the neighbouring three Pen y Parc properties, these houses can sleep up to 35 people but comfortably, 29!  Perfect for family gatherings, birthday parties, or anniversaries.
