Accommodation Details

If you had to imagine a perfect seaside holiday cottage this would be it. It reminds me of a doll's house not because of size but the bright cheerful fabrics and furnishings in every room, original painted floors, pretty cups and mugs in the kitchen, two balconies with fab ocean views. Glan Y Mor is simply a delightful holiday cottage. As you walk through the door it is full of cheer and welcoming you can see it has been refurbished with great care and love by the owners who want you to enjoy the house as they and their young family do.

There is masses to do - 18 hole golf course with in walking distance, tennis courts, plane spotting, extreme sports - either on the water or at the Anglesey Racing Circuit a short drive away, miles of sandy beaches and good restaurants; you could not ask for more!

The kitchen is fresh and airy and very well equipped with range cooker, American larder fridge and freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, CD, and radio. Two steps up to the dining room with bright white table, chairs and benches scattered with pretty blue cushions. A delightful sitting room with comfy sofas. I love the pink stripped chair. The wood burning stove is set into the original fireplace for cooler autumn and winter nights. In the summer you will, throw open the French windows on to the decked terrace and enjoy the views across the sand hills and watch the setting sun over the sea. Flat screen TV with DVD.

A pretty twin bedroom with very neat en-suite shower room with loo, shower and basin, doors opening on to decked terrace with pretty pots of flowers.

Upstairs a twin bedroom with a nautical touch! The main bedroom with double bed feels so calm and relaxing and has fabulous views to the ocean from the French windows which open on to a decked balcony with table and chairs - how romantic.

Funky bathroom with a view from the bath that has to be seen! A great mix of natural colours and flash of lime here and there, bath, loo and wash hand basin with a separate shower with an enormous shower head.

Just a delight to stay in and I look forward to reading the visitor's book.

Somewhat loathe to say anything nice about this cottage as then other people might realise it is lovely! So nice, we have just planned our third visit in about a year. Our young son loves the sand-dunes in front of the cottage and it is extremely comfortable. Jets taking off very loudly from RAF Valley most mornings only added to the excitement. Only warning note is that the deck at the front has a big drop down high steps so watch little ones carefully out front. Bridie Fletcher

We had one of the best holidays ever after staying in glan y mor.Such a clean and homely house with stunning sunsets and weather.The village of rhosneigr is nice and there are a few really nice shops and cafe restaurants.The house is literally 5 minutes from the massive beach and lovely water.the house is a credit to the owners and we loved every minute of it thanks again Paul,Nicky,George,Annie and Daisy
