What a fabulous house this is. Fantastic views over the fields to the Bay. Situated in a peaceful quiet location, with a pretty garden Gwynfa is ideally situated for days on the beach, climbing a mountain, visiting attractions or simply enjoying this delightful comfy contemporary home.

Much thought has gone in choosing the soft furnishings and furniture throughout, you cannot fail to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Sleeping six in three bedrooms two of which have ocean views. Two double bedrooms, one with king size bed, the third room with rural views is a twin room. Bathroom with bath and shower, wash hand basin and loo.

A relaxing sitting room with comfy sofas around the open fireplace which brings cheer on cooler evenings, lovely views. The more relaxed snug sitting room again has a comfy sofa, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and open fireplace. A splendid dining room I can imagine evenings lingering over supper.

I love the kitchen / breakfast room it is fun, homely and spacious. Bright red oil fired AGA, electric range cooker, American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you need to produce a gastronomic experience!!

The utility room houses washing machine and dryer. Separate loo and wash hand basin.

Sun room with great views, comfy furniture, door out to garden, and table tennis and air hockey tables.

Outside the pretty enclosed garden looks across the bay, and would be great for barbecues, and al fresco meals.
