Accommodation Details
What a delightful cottage carefully and lovingly restored to the most sumptuous comfy holiday cottage using traditional material. Every thing that you could possibly want is here!
You can have meals delivered or you can eat at the delightful bistro through the garden door at the main house. Delicious meals prepared by Prydwen Parry who trained across the water at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, there is no doubt that food is a passion and you will not be disappointed.
Through a pretty arch door to the delightful sanctuary of The Hen House set in its own grounds. The kitchen is beautifully presented with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven,washing machine, a splendid freezer… you will see what I mean when you see it!! Microwave, table and chairs, relax in the comfy sofa with a flat screen TV, DVD player or Hi Fi.
Bright and welcoming sitting room conservatory opening on to a small terrace with table and chairs, lovely views of Holyhead Mountain, really unusual appliquéd sofa and chairs. A magnificent super-king size bed with comfy mattress and lovely linen, the bathroom is fitted with glorious deep bath with a shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin.
Outside the cottage is surrounded by a small garden and terrace you can walk down to the inland sea or cycle and take a picnic out for the day.
Meals can be ordered to be delivered to cottage or at the Bistro and picnics can also be provided.
Stayed in the Hen House in May and can highly recommend it ! Cottage is beautifully furnished and situated conveniently for sightseeing around Anglesey. Staying there is a real treat and if you want to make it really special enjoy a meal at the Bistro next door where the food and welcome can't be faulted. Julie Williams
