This is the most fabulous house in the centre of the much sought after village of Rhosneigr, just a few minutes walk to the wonderful long sandy beaches where you can swim safely or enjoy the interesting rock pools and shells. Just about every water sport going is enjoyed from the beaches here, wind and kite surfing, sailing, skiing, and even on the far beaches sand yachting. There is a good village shop and plenty of places to eat, golf course, lake fishing, tennis court and bowls, sailing lessons and boat launching are also available.
This is a bright, light, spacious, modern, cosy, fun house, which is beautifully presented and lends itself to happy family holidays. A great deal of thought has gone into the refurbishment to make this a relaxing and easy house such as the double wet room - walk in from the beach and leave all the sand behind, bright open plan living kitchen, cheerful tiles in the bathrooms, internet access and lots of interesting touches that will make your visit a pleasure.
A sunny spacious sitting room opening on to the garden, TV and DVD with comfy sofas and chairs. I love the bright open plan kitchen living dining room with views across to the beach, well equipped with double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the utensils you would want to produce delicious holiday meals!! Large family dining table, gas flame stove which will add to the ambience of this room in the cooler months.
The utility room has a washing machine and space for sandy shoes, walking boots and bucket and spades etc! Walk in double wet room - with loo and basin don't miss the tiles.
Two bedrooms downstairs, the garden room has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin. Twin bedroom with views towards the sea, the twin beds can be snuggled up if required, en suite shower room with loo and wash hand basin, look out for the fish tails and the tiles!
Cloakroom with masses of hanging space and separate loo and basin in the main hall.
Upstairs to the balcony, a great space for relaxing checking face book or a bit of quiet reading.
Two bedrooms - a double bed room with king size bed and lovely views and twin bedroom with views to the sea.
Family bathroom with bath loo and wash hand basin and walk in shower.
Outside there is a large safe enclosed garden, with a small terraced area outside the sitting room. Plenty of parking spaces.
Just a superb holiday house ideal at any time of the year, great for friends walking the coastal path or you may be at the race track or just relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the west coast of Anglesey.
What a gorgeous place to stay! House was absolutely perfect, extremely clean and so spacious. We were an extended family with 3 couples (+ 2 children)and have stayed in Rhosneigr for the last 3 years running in different houses. But I've got to say this was the best house we've stayed in. This house was perfect for us. We wanted for nothing in this house - it was like a home from home, relaxing, comfortable, clean and spacious. Perfect location too, really close to the beach and all amenities. We would recommend this house to anyone looking and we would definitely come again. Many thanks J Walk for a superb week. what a beautiful large light and airy cottage. We had alovely stay there in June. The cottage is so near the beach,shops and local pub. It's a credit to its owner who keep it spotlessly clean,hope to go back next year. christine hattersley
