Accommodation Details

Just two minutes from the beach, this is a tremendously versatile house, ideal for family beach holidays or for friends walking the Anglesey Coastal Footpath or just simply doing what we should on holiday - relaxing!!

A short walk to the village centre where you will be able to buy most provisions, there are pubs and places to eat and a crab and lobster stall (check opening times).

Killeen is a combination of old and new, the owners are justifiably proud of the fantastic extension which is so bright, welcoming and spacious, a great house that will be snapped up so book it quickly!!

I love the spacious, sunny, living kitchen, which has splendid views across the bay over to the mountains and Great Orme. Island breakfast bar, double electric oven and four ring hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of good utensils, down one step to the dining area with table and chairs as well as sofa and chairs. Steps from the kitchen down to snug sitting room, which opens on to the terrace, ideal for early evening drinks or a relaxing morning coffee with the papers!

Cloakroom with loo and basin and plenty of hanging space in the hall way.

The traditional sitting room is part of the original house. Comfy sofas and chairs set around fireplace with electric fire, TV and DVD. Doors opening to a wonderful conservatory sitting room where the sun pours in with glorious views of the bay and ocean and a further door out to balcony.

As you walk upstairs you enjoy the view in the carefully positioned mirror! Three bedrooms, one family room with three single beds, two double bedrooms, one with double bed and additional single bed, wash hand basin and the most wonderful views from the balcony. The master bedroom is bright and sunny with plenty of space, en-suite shower room with shower, basin and loo. The bathroom has bath with hand held shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Outside is a utility room with washer/dryer machine.

Large garden laid to lawn with a small stream running along the edge of the garden. Terrace with garden furniture.

Wonderful house, really spacious, nice gardens, fantastic sea views. Not suitable for those with mobility problems due to lots of stairs and split level kitchen/dining room. Brenda Nimmo
