Not so long ago these two cottages housed cattle farmed by Mr and Mrs Parry, who have carefully renovated the barn into two delightful cottages and as you will see, have gone to great lengths to ensure that the cottages retain much of the original character of the building, using oak and slate for the floors, contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. fabrics from Cae Du Designs in Harlech - worth a visit, Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels, all this in the most wonderful, peaceful, rural location with stunning scenery over the farm land to the mountains behind and beyond and out to sea.Less than a five minute drive to the busy marina town of Pwllheli and a little further on to the ever popular Abersoch. There is just so much to see and do, wonderful beaches and coves, castles, galleries, very good restaurants and cafes, and the Lleyn is well known for its first class local produce, vegetables, meat and fish. If you enjoy walking, you can take a leisurely stroll from the cottage along the River Erch.
A contemporary open plan living space with oak lintels above the windows, slate floors with eco friendly under floor heating provided by the Groundforce pump which uses the earth's natural heat! The sitting room has a TV and DVD, dining table and chairs and very well equipped fabulous kitchen with island, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave. Just perfect for spending an afternoon cooking, chatting and enjoying each other's company! French windows open up onto a stone terrace with a step up to the lawned garden.
A large wet room with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail - I love the tiles in this room! The ground floor double bedroom has zip and link beds, great as twin beds or as a superking sized double!
Upstairs to a further two bedrooms - one double and one twin room with oak floors, squashy duvelts and fresh linen, both with delightful views of the countryside and beyond to sea. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. Very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Certainly one of the best we have ever stayed in (and there has been lots!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Would love to return soon. Nigel and Sally Ford
I just wanted to write a note to say that my wife and I were extremely grateful for the efforts that Claire put in to getting us sorted out when we came into your Criccieth office unannounced ten days ago. She really pulled out all the stop and seemed not at all fazed by us being a little picky. (As she knows we had had a dispiriting experience elsewhere before we came in)
The cottage was excellent and, as they say, beyond our expectations. We had a really good week and look forward to coming to the area again (which was more or less new to us both) before long. We shall certainly look in your direction to help us with accomodation.

Llys Bach, a super cottage. Luxuriously presented. No traffic noise and no light pollution, the stars are amazing. Lots to do in the area. A fox walks by the garden in the evenings, lovely views of fields, trees, cattle and of course the sea. A real green feast. Lesley Berrill
