I just love this cottage sitting on the water's edge looking across the Menai Strait to the mainland with the wonderful backdrop of Snowdonia.
The cottage has just been completely been refurbished by the owners who live next door (they value their privacy as much as respecting the privacy of their guests).
Nicki's flair as an interior designer comes through in the wonderful colours, textures and fabrics, which makes this cottage welcoming and cosy.
The part panelled sitting room is furnished with deep comfy sofas set around the wood burning stove with big rugs scattered on the limestone floors, TV, DVD and CD player. Up two steps to the kitchen dining room, which is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment; to one end dining table and chairs, subtle lighting in the kitchen make dining a pleasure, especially in the winter months.
Upstairs, both bedrooms are a delight, one double room and one twin room. A comfy, relaxing bathroom with slate floor, bath, separate shower, basin and loo plus an essential chair so you can relax and chat after a busy day out.
Barbecue and garden furniture provided on the front lawn with the most breathtaking view!
Can be booked in conjunction with the neighbouring cottage, Moel y Don Bach which also sleeps 4.

Wow! We couldn't have chosen a better place to have been snowed -in over Christmas! The cottage is so cosy especially with the log burner. The views of the Menai Straits are absolutely breathtaking and we really didn't want to leave.The kids loved skimming stones from the beach even when it was covered with thick snow!Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.
