Watch the boats sailing up and down the Menai Strait or the dramatic sunsets over the sea from the windows and the patio of this comfortable bungalow. Mon a Menai is just an easy walk to the centre of Caernarfon. There is access to a coastal cycle path, and the shore is just a few hundred yards from the door.
The large well fitted kitchen and breakfast room has a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining room and living room both overlook the garden to the sea. The sitting room is comfortably furnished and well heated with a gas fire. Sliding doors lead onto a patio stretching the length of the house - steps lead down to the sheltered garden, with barbecue and garden furniture.
The sleeping accommodation is up two steps in the other half of the house. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower room with a power shower, basin and WC and there is a twin bedroom and two single bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath, basin and WC, and there is a separate cloakroom by the front door which has a basin and WC.
This is a lovely property. Well equipped and close to all the amenities of Caernarfon.Nice to just sit in the garden and watch the world go by. Hopefully we will return in the future. Mrs Valerie Owen
