Morfa is a comfortable, spacious & welcoming family house in the delightful village of Criccieth with lovely views of the sea and Criccieth Castle. In a great location, just a short stroll to Criccieth village, this is the perfect house for a holiday in this beautiful part of Wales.

There are so many things you can do and so many places you can visit, it is hard to list them all! Whatever your age, interests & tastes, you will find masses to do! The Italianate village of Portmerion, The Welsh Highland & Ffestiniog Railways, Dragon Paintball Park, The Rabbit Farm, Lloyd George Museum, horse riding, sailing, surfing - the choice is yours! Criccieth has a wonderful mix of interesting shops, cafes and good restaurants, and of course Cadwalader's Ice Cream Parlour - you will receive a warm welcome here!

Step through the door of Morfa on this quiet Cul-de-sac in Criccieth into the hall with cloakroom which has a loo and wash hand basin. The spacious lounge has views of the sea over the roof tops, flatscreen TV with Freeview & DVD and shelves filled with books and games. A separate modern dining room with views through the French Windows over the front lawned garden to the sea & magnificent Criccieth Castle. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker & hob, microwave, dishwasher. The utility room has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, the dryer is in the garage / games room, which has table football. Please note the garage is not heated and provides ideal storage space for bikes and outdoor gear.

Upstairs to three large bedrooms, master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, comprising of loo, wash hand basin and shower, 2nd double bedroom with king sized bed and a 3rd bedroom with zip n link beds so can be made up as twin singles or king sized double (Please advise your preference upon booking). The 4th bedroom with a comfortable double sofabed can be used either as an extra bedroom for guests, or as a 'chill out' room with TV & DVD & portable stereo. The family bathroom has a loo, wash hand basin, bath and separate shower.

Outside, to the front of the house with a lawned garden, small summerhouse & seating area with sea views. To the rear and side of Morfa, a paved garden area with pretty flower tubs and whitewashed walls with garden furniture.

Great family house. Spotless, plenty of space, fantastic facilities, just round the corner from beach and village. We loved it - as did the kids! Will definitely return.... Louise & Ed

We have just spent a very lovely week at Morfa. The house was absolutely immaculate and what the house didnt have we didnt need!! It is a very spacious, comfortable family home with great views of the sea and Criccieth Castle.It is only a short walk to the beach and village centre. Criccieth has a great butchers and bakers but not much choice in general shopping, luckily we had ordered Tesco's to deliver, which was definately worth it. We ate out once at Poachers restaurant which was nice, we also enjoyed the fish and chips. With two young girls our favourite place was Cadwaladers ice cream parlour, fantastic view from the back of the cafe. We would certainly recommend Morfa as a place to stay and would accomodate two families comfortably. CATHERINE BRIERLEY
