I visit many houses in many locations, this is a gem! In a fantastic location with far reaching views, a fabulous house, beautifully and painstakingly restored to retain the character of this former farmhouse - you will love it! The views of the ocean, Criccieth beach and castle are breathtaking. In the winter the stars twinkle, the moon shines on the sea and the lights across the sea and the lights across the sea at Harlech are magical.There is masses to do and masses to see in and around Criccieth if you choose to leave this perfect house, if you want to relax this is the place - you need not move, I can't wait to book it!
A bright welcoming kitchen, well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave and all the extra little kitchen utensils that make holiday cooking fun and relaxing. The dining room will encourage you to linger over meals, chatting around the wood burning stove which is set into the original inglenook fireplace. A snug sitting room opening into the conservatory where you can soak up the glorious views, make this a year round room, comfy, bright, contemporary furniture and soft furnishings. Downstairs double bedroom, en suite shower room with shower, loo and wash hand basin. Upstairs to three bedrooms, a double room with en suite shower room, a small double room with three quarter bed and a single bedroom, family bathroom with bath, loo and wash hand basin.
thanks for agreat holiday this cottage was as good as described we went in october school holidays everything was as stated the views were fantastic and the skies at night unbelievable if anything the photos dont do it justice.in spring or summer it would be fantastic to be able to just sit in the garden joan bedford
Spacious, clean cottage with fabulous views looking over to Criccieth Castle. Ideally located near coastal path and only 5 minutes walk to the beach.Scenic black rock sands literally round the corner, ideal for families wanting access to the beach.
Lots to do in the surrounding areas for outdoor enthusiasts.Recommend dining at The Poachers in Criccieth, food was superb with generous portions. Sue Stones

We expected a lot from Penrhyn Farm and we were not disappointed! The cottage is clean, modern, fully equipped, comfortable, cosy, yet spacious enough for two families. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and the views....simply stunning, rain or shine, day or night!! The house was lovely and we found it perfect even for our toddlers. The views are truly breathtaking and central location meant it was easy to reach a large number of attractions. Particularly enjoyed Black Rock Sands expansive beach. There is a restaurant in Criccieth called "Poachers" which we can highly recommend in terms of quality and service an suprisingly good value too. We hope to retuen to Penrhyn Farm next year! We took our daughter and 2 grandsons on a weeks break to Penrhyn Farm Cottage. The cottage was absolutely beautifully furnished to the highest of standards. The beds were so comfortable and the views were splendid We felt so relaxed when we left and the boys were safe to play, no worrying about the traffic.
