Accommodation Details

Plas sits above the pretty bay of Rhoscolyn and has the most spectacular views along the coast of Anglesey, the Lleyn Peninsula with the backdrop of Snowdonia and Yr Eifel.
The perfect house for sharing with friends and family. Plas has just been completely refurbished, what an amazing transformation! Great care has been taken by the owner to keep every ounce of charachter at the same time combining the original charm with every modern need with an interesting twist.

Masses of space downstairs - a splendid sitting room with wonderful views, a log burning stove sits in the fireplace at one end surrounded by comfy sofa's and chairs which combine well with the dining room at the other end of the room. Relax and enjoy the logs burning away in the winter months after a busy day out and enjoy a cup of tea or a pre dinner cocktail! A jolly farmhouse kitchen with room for everyone to pile in and help!! Well equipped with rangemaster gas cooker - two ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the utensils you will need to cook great meals or you can book a cook and have a day or two away from the kitchen, plenty of storage in the pantry and larder. The utility room has a washing machine and drier and separate downstairs loo. A large TV room with sofa and bean bags ideals for X boxes and things like that!

A second sitting room with wood burning stove where you can slope off for a quiet time and soak up the views from the veranda, or curl up with a book or enjoy an afternoon snooze! For anyone that finds stairs a problem the downstairs double bedroom with en suite with shower, loo and basin.

Upstairs to four bedrooms all with fabulous views, two of the rooms can be made up to have twin or kingsize beds and two other twin rooms. Two sparkling new bathrooms each a with splendid free standing roll top bath, loo and wash hand basin. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, last but not least a very useful separate loo and basin!

Large lawns outside with far reaching views across the sea to the mountains beyond. Plenty of parking and room for a boat.

The wonderfully named Cabbage Patch next door sleeps two, it is completely self contained with its own garden but if you need a larger house this may be of interest as may Plas Bach also sleeping two just across the road.
