Plas Madog Isa is a unique house. Having won architectural awards for design we are delighted to be able to offer you the chance to spend time here. The house is located just minutes from the bustling town of Llanrwst.

There is much to see and do in and around this picturesque Welsh market town. For food lovers, Blas ar Fwyd is a name synonymous with the finer things in Welsh food and drink. There is a delicatessen, a wine shop and a restaurant all on one road and is highly recommended. Nearby is Gwydir Castle a historic destination well worth a visit and for those looking for a bit more action the Tree tops adventure is a must if you can stomach the heights! The internationally famed Bodnant Gardens is just 15 minutes drive from Plas Madog Isa and all year round offers something different with each changing season.

The house itself is peacefully located outskirts of the town and enjoys dramatic views over fields towards the opposite side of the valley. The large private garden is lovely with fruit trees and ample space to relax in. The sun (when out) shines on the terrace for most of the day!

Inside the house everything is generously proportioned and is a super family house. There are three good sized double bedrooms. Two (twin and a double) are found on the groundfloor and shares a bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, loo and wash hand basin. The master bedroom with a king size bed is on its own on the first floor with an ensuite shower room.  There is also a cloakroom downstairs. The large sitting room is very comfortable, sun streaming through the doors opening out onto the terrace and views across the valley towards Trefriw, just a lovely feel good room. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and like in most rooms of the house a glass door opens out onto the garden.

Plas Madog Isa is such a bright and cheery house and the perfect spot for a family holiday but with so much to do and see close by it is a great base to explore this stunning part of Wales.
