We are so happy that Plas Mor is back with us. New owners, but everything else is the same - the perfect Plas Mor we all know and love!

Situated right on Borth y Gest's beautiful harbour, Plas Mor is an idyllic house with breathtaking views across the estuary to Cnicht, the mountain known as the Welsh Matterhorn.

Borth y Gest has a popular restaurant and teashop, both with stunning views, and a shop where you can buy your morning paper and other essentials. Within walking distance are several beautiful sandy coves which lead to the glorious Black Rock Sands. This is a great location from which to explore Snowdonia, or you could visit Portmeirion and ride on the Welsh Highland Railway.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double room and one large twin-bedded room. The double room is furnished in a chic New England style to complement its view across the bay.

Large luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and old fashioned fittings: loo, wash basin and double-ended roll-top bath. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room with loo, wash basin and a dear little window overlooking the bay.

An oriel window in the kitchen gives superb views across the bay. Well equipped with gas hob, double oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave; furnished with a dining table and chairs. There is a small chest freezer in the 'cupboard' on the landing should you need it.

Sitting room
With a pretty bay window and original stripped floorboards, the lovely open plan sitting room is a blend of old and new. Deep, comfy sofas make this a great place for relaxing.

Downstairs loo with a superb view!

Entrance hall
With lots of room for coats and boots.

The small enclosed lawned garden is adjacent to the harbour - a lovely place to sit and unwind in the evening.
