Accommodation Details

This is certainly a house with a difference! An unusual Anglesey Plas beautifully renovated from the original buildings of a working farm estate, standing in a peaceful rural location. Many beaches and coves to choose from, the nearest is the Blue Flag beach at Benllech, just a five minute drive. You are also well located for joining the Anglesey Coastal Footpath or the mountains of Snowdonia.

A calm relaxing house with masses of space, a house full of surprises! The splendid panelled entrance hall with stone floors leads round to the dining room with a table to feast on! Wood burning stove, you will be sure to relax and linger over meals whether it be lunch or supper, the sitting room has TV, DVD and a gas fire for chilly winter evenings, games room with pool table, cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin. Large hall through to the farmhouse style kitchen/breakfast room with farmhouse kitchen table equipped with gas hob and double oven. Through to utility room with dish washer, fridge freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, and sink.

A little wooden staircase takes you up stairs… wait and see! There is also a downstairs twin bedroom.

Up the spiral staircase to the sun-lounge, a lovely bright room with music centre and a guitar for any musicians in your party, two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one with a 5 foot bed and one with en-suite bathroom with loo, basin, and bath; there is also another bathroom with bath, loo, bidet, and double basins.

Outside there is plenty of space with 3.5 acres of pasture to the front of the house with an enclosed garden to the rear. You are free to wander within the grounds of the property and enjoy the flora and fauna.

"Probably our best holiday to date! The endless space inside and outside the house was thoroughly enjoyed by all the children. We grown-ups loved lounging upstairs (once our cherubs were sleeping soundly!) watching the rabbits on the lawn, beautiful sunsets, the lights of the farmer's tractor working past midnight to bring in the hay, and the bats ducking and diving to feast on the myriad of moths!
