This beautiful holiday home has the best of both worlds - just a two minute drive into the town of Pwllheli, and yet in a rural setting. It feels as though you are in the middle of the most stunning Welsh countryside. Attached to the owner's house, this purpose built annexe is set in the grounds of an impressive country home, Plas Tirion is surrounded by rolling green countryside and has spectacular sea and mountain views. As you approach the cottage via the long private drive, you will begin to relax and soak up the beauty of the Lleyn Peninsula. Mrs Hughes, the owner, offers the warmest of welcomes and is next door to give you recommendations and advise you of things to do during your stay.The marina town of Pwllheli has everything you will need, bars, restaurants, cafes and of course shops! Drive another ten minutes to the ever popular Abersoch, a haven for watersports, with contemporary shops, bars and restaurants, not to mention the stunning beach and coastline.
This immaculate, gleaming little cottage has an open plan sitting room / dining / kitchen. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. In through the large glass sliding doors into a welcoming and homely sitting room with TV & Freeview, DVD, video player and CD player. Down 2 steps into the well equipped kitchen / dining room with microwave, electric hob & fan assisted oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box and a separate small freezer, dining table and electric wood burning effect stove.
Through to the bright and airy bedroom with double bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin set into a vanity unit & loo (there is a lovely selection of soaps and toiletries for guests to use).
Outside, you can sit on the elevated terrace soaking up the morning sun with a newspaper and coffee in peace and quiet, watching the world wake up. With beautiful sea views, you cannot fail to relax here.
A wonderful retreat for those who are looking for a rural, gleaming, pretty house with views, yet close to everything you could need. Simply lovely!

The accomodation is superb - very comfortable and sparkling clean.
