This delightful cottage nestles above Beaumaris commanding the most wonderful views across the Menai strait and Lavan Sands to the gentle rolling hills and from the front door down to the pretty pastel houses of Beaumaris and its church and castle.

Beaumaris is a short walk along the sea front from the house where you will find masses to do, visit the gaol, Court room and Castle, The Museum of Childhood, Elizabeth Bradley Tapestries, and for the younger members of the party excellent crabbing to be had and fun boat trips. Lots of hostelries from gourmet to traditional and simple that suit all pockets.

This is a lovely, carefully renovated cottage ideal for all year round holidays. The long galley kitchen is very well equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing/dryer the quarry tiled floor and subtle lighting add to the ambience of this room which has French doors out to the terrace and garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine while supper cooks or someone else cooks supper! Step up from the kitchen into a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove set into a raised fireplace, (plenty of wood available) comfy sofas and chairs. The dining room also leading from the kitchen with its large pine table is ideal to relax over a simple candle lit dinner after a day out and about.

Two bedrooms, the one on the ground floor is a double with a lovely view, downstairs shower room and loo. Upstairs there is a twin room with cot and separate bathroom with loo and bath, relax in your bath looking out towards the hills Bliss!

We have just spent our 25th Wedding Anniversary here...a beautiful cottage,would reccomend this property,beautiful views and a short walk from Beaumaris, would deffinately stay again....

We have stayed in this cottage twice now,both times in the winter.We feel very at home,it is very warm and cosy,the views are brill.The best memory is when we got snowed in for 3 days and I had a long luxurious bath with stunning views of snowdonia!!!! Joan Joyce
