Accommodation Details

Raven is one of seven stone built cottages, in an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by lovely countryside with magnificent views of the tidal estuary at Malltraeth . Heat and lighting are supplied by solar and wind energy, a reed bed system takes away the waste water, you can enjoy your holiday knowing you are doing a little to reduce your carbon footprint, you can even arrive by bike as the National Cycle Route is at the top of the drive.

Set in 37 acres of land with two fishing lakes, well marked walks and masses of wildlife, fantastic beaches at nearby Llanddwyn, Aberffraw and Cable Bay and not far to the Anglesey Coastal footpath. Snowdonia is about 30 minutes away.

The owners have gone to great lengths to present the cottages to a standard they expect when they go on holiday, and they enjoy their holidays!!

Open plan living/dining  room, comfy sofa and chairs, good views, flat screen TV and DVD, dining table and chairs to one side, the kitchen is well equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.

Sleeping four people in a double and twin bedroom. Great shower room with slate tiled floor, spacious modern shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shaver point.

There is a well stocked village shop in Llangaffo, with good selection of DVD's

Fantastic accommodation. Very last minute impulsive booking - booked it at 5.30 pm and we were here for 9 pm! but no regrets. Newborough Forest is a must beach is beautiful. P.S. Hooton's Homegrown Farm Shop - Fatnastic value, don't miss it. P.S.S. At your earliest opportunity speak to Ron and ask to see the photos of the construction of the lake, then take a wander down. It's so peaceful and beautiful, not to be missed! Mr M Morris
