Accommodation Details

A pretty grade 2 stone built semi-detached cottage, a stones throw away from the River Dwyfor which is meandering its way to the nearby sea. The village of Llanystumdwy is probably best known for being the burial place of Lloyd George which is a pleasant walk from the cottage, as is the local pub and cafe and if you venture a little further you can visit the rabbit farm. A few minutes drive takes you into Criccieth which has everything - from a train station to a castle, good places to eat, and a lovely beach. You will still find a butcher, a baker, a green grocer - I am not sure about the candlestick maker but there is a wonderful ironmongers! Gallery, gift shops with interesting unusual wares and a great deli!

This dear little cottage is beautifully presented in a traditional way and is absolutely sparkling clean.

The bright, cheerful kitchen combined with dining area has a pretty view over the field towards the river. Well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, deep freeze and fridge. The washing machine is in the cloakroom along with loo and wash hand basin.

The perfect cottage sitting room that you would expect with an inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove for chilly nights, TV with DVD and freeview, two double bedrooms, one upstairs, as is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin and one bedroom downstairs and another toilet & wash hand basin.

Outside, a lovely display of colourful pots and tubs, sit and listen to the river tinkling its way along to the sea just a short distance away.
