A fabulous conversion from barn to holiday house with wonderful open
views and hot tub, in great central location close to beaches and coves,
the Anglesey Coastal Path, Heritage centres and good places to eat. The
mountains of Snowdonia are a short drive across to the mainland, about
45 minutes away. As for of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor this
makes a great house for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
Part
of the Llys Dulas conversion of barns of which there are five cottages
so you can holiday with family and friends and still enjoy the privacy
of your own cottage, you may like to look at Puffin House, Curlew or
Oystercatcher Cottage. Booked together, the properties can sleep up to 24 in total.
Walk in to the house and
you are instantly on holiday!! Space, bright light, wonderfully
designed, great use of colour in furnishings and fabrics, oak floors
throughout and everything thought of to make your break or holiday so
relaxing.
A wonderful spacious open plan room with oak floors
which combine well with the oak kitchen and dining area between. The
kitchen is fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American
fridge and freezer with ice maker and things!! Comfy sofas and chairs
in the sitting room or open the French windows and relax outside or
bring outside in to your eating area if you open the second French
windows. As with the other cottages every technical item you could want
on a wet day TV,DVD, I pod dock, Freeview and CD player.
On
the ground floor there are two double and two twin bedrooms and two
family bathrooms with bath, electric power shower over the bath, loo
and wash hand basin. The twin room upstairs has an en suite shower room.
Outside a Hot Tub seating 6 people
Sandpiper House sleeping 10 or 12 with Curlew Cottage (an additonal cost of £150.00) is a self contained bedroom for the less abled with an ensuite wetroom
Curlew Cottage - Is an ideal granny flat where you are part of the family on holiday but have your own self contained double bedroom and bathroom fitted out for guests who use a wheel chair and is great for guests who have wobbly hips or knees. This house is not let on its own. Additional cost of £150.00
We stayed in Sandpiper House at the end of November 2011. The cottage is really beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. I would certainly like to return to this location.

Sorry its a bit late.... I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone at Menai Holidays. Myself and my family stayed at the Sandpiper on the 15th May which was my birthday. The house was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there and using the hottub!!
Everyone at Menai was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, can you especially pass on my big thanks to Barbara and Catrin who came
and cooked for us on my Birthday night. it was a great meal and we really enjoyed it.. and they both did a great job.
I have recommended you to everyone I know............. so apologies if you get a load of 'riff raff' coming down Leeds...we will be back next year and I am already looking at places to stay.
