This bright, contemporary, relaxing apartment is on the second floor commanding fantastic sea views of the Menai Strait and across to Anglesey. Beautifully presented with clean, bright, neutral colours, central heating makes it an ideal all year round property.
Walking distance from restaurants, a good pub, well-stocked shop, gallery and tearoom, even a beautician alongside the marina! If you want to sightsee you are in an ideal location between Snowdonia for mountains, the coast and sea of Lleyn peninsula, and Anglesey, with many good attractions nearby.
The spacious open plan living room kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and washer / dryer and gas hob. The spacious open plan living room has smart comfy sofas, dining table and chairs. If you can take your eyes off the spectacular view there is a TV, DVD, CD player and plenty of books and games. The TV has SKY with sports package; Wireless internet is available (small extra charge). The caring owners have left binoculars and a tripod for you to photograph the sunset - without a wobble!
Two bedrooms, the double has a king size bed, TV, DVD and radio, the twin bedroom has TV and DVD. Extra thoughtful touches such as a forgotten box, include toiletries that you may have forgotten.
The bathroom has electric shower over the bath, basin and loo, and shaving point.
