What a fabulous house in the most stunning location with breathtaking views along the coastline and across the bay to Cnicht - the Welsh Matterhorn. A short stroll to a delightful sandy cove, know locally by some as Sian's cove (Sian owns St Agnes!) the village has a good restaurant, tea shop and village shop, either a short drive or a reasonable walk and you are in Porthmadog which has interesting shops and galleries, good restaurants try Yr Hen Fecws or the Ship, the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways, or a little further on in either direction for the mountaineers will take you to the foot of Snowdon, Cader Idris and many more. Don't miss a good cup of tea and while an hour away watching climbers on the Tremadog cliffs at the café owned by the owner's uncle, the famous rock climber Eric Jones.
So much care and thought has gone into the refurbishment of this delightful terraced house which commands wonderful views of sea, coastline and mountains from every room on the four floors.

The combination of the original floor boards and contemporary furnishings with the cast iron electric wood burning stove set into the fireplace add to the ambience of this relaxing cheerful room, the kitchen area is equipped with four ring hob, oven, fridge with ice compartment, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, comfy seating around the fireplace TV and DVD. The dining table and chairs are well positioned to soak up the glorious view.
Upstairs to a fabulous king size or twin bedroom with original stripped floors and ceilings splendid walk in shower and carefully hidden loo and wash hand basin.
Downstairs from the sitting room to another lovely bedroom again this can be made up to suit king size or single, a great bathroom the roll top bath stands in the centre of the room so you can lie back and soak up the view, the loo and basin are discreetly tucked away.
Downstairs to a king size or twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, loo and wash hand basin, cast iron electric wood burning stove how blissful! A small kitchen, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, ideal for Granny and Grandpa, teenagers, friends or nanny giving you the option to be self contained.
Outside a small garden overlooks the bay with table and chairs.
Have stayed twice now with our three children and had a wonderful time. The cottage is very comfortable with everything you need. the children love being so close to the beach. Hoping to return again this year. Richard and Debbie squire
This property is ideal if you have teenagers as they can live in the basement and the rest can live in the wonderful rooms. The room with the slipper bath is so cool and the upstairs shower is so large and great to use. I can not wait to come again this year. isobel michael Isobel Michael
Had a lovely stay, the cottage has been updated very tastefully and had everything we needed. The cottage is in an excellent situation in lovely Borth y Gest with fantastic walks and beaches nearby.
We look forward to returning.
Although the cottage comfortably sleeps 6, the living room and dining areas really only caters for 4, it wasn't a problem for us as there was only 4 of us, but will be a squash for 6 Emma Tarry
