Accommodation Details
A fantastic house in the centre of this buzzing village, just a minute from the beach. There is masses to do in this very sought after holiday destination, every water sport imaginable, and lessons if you need them, fabulous beaches, safe swimming, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts.Enjoy this amazing contemporary holiday house which has just been
completely refurbished by the owners who with their combined flair and
energy have made this a fun bright happy house retaining all the best
original bits and adding all the contemporary needs for a great holiday
or break. You will love it I'm sure.
The ground floor sitting
room is a bright room with open fireplace -lovely in the autumn and
winter to sit round after long walks on the beach, surround sound TV
DVD and i pod deck. The kitchen has a great feel to it with again
clever mix of old and ultra modern, electric cooker and hob, fridge
freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave.
French windows open on to the decked area with table and chairs so easy
to take meals outside. Two steps down to the dining room which has a
traditional yet contemporary feel to it, original quarry tiles and
fireplace with wood burning stove remain. A downstairs shower room with
spacious corner shower, basin and loo is great for sandy feet coming
straight in from the beach. The second sitting room is on the first
floor catching the lovely views to the beach and sea from the bay
window, open fireplace, this is a quiet room with no TV but a good
selection of games and toys.
Two bedrooms - One double room with
basin vanity unit, childrens twin room with full size beds but not a
huge room, bathroom with loo basin bath and separate electric shower.
Separate loo and basin, I love the loo seat!
Upstairs to three bedrooms - One double room with lovely views of sea and beach, and two twin bedrooms.
Outside
there is a decked terrace with garden furniture - doors out from the
kitchen and utility room. A mixture of lawned area and paved garden.
A really great house waiting for fun holidays.
