We are so pleased Taflod has joined us! If you are looking for a holiday where you can be at one with nature, enjoy beautiful walks, stunning scenery and relax in a bijoux & pretty little cottage, this is the house for you! The owner is on hand to meet you upon your arrival, and can provide recommendations of things to do, places to eat and help you plan your walks.

Pistyll is a quiet little village just a two minute drive to the popular village of Nefyn. The views as you approach this cottage are simply breathtaking, the sun shining on the headland is a sight for sore eyes. Nefyn has all you need, having a well stocked mini supermarket, chemist & bank, a beautiful sandy beach and a fine golf course. There is a selection of very good pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. The diverse landscape of the Lleyn Peninsula is criss-crossed with footpaths and sets walkers the challenge of completing the 84  miles Lleyn coastal path which incorporates the famous Pilgrim's Path.

The cottage itself forms part of a traditional Welsh long cottage, having an open plan sitting room / dining / kitchen which is warm and welcoming.  The owners who live next door, have put a great deal of thought, time and expense into making this sweet little annexe a lovely place to relax, whatever the weather. The gleaming white shaker style kitchen has a fridge with a freezer box, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker & hob. Dining table for two, comfy leather sofa, flatscreen TV & DVD, CD player.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, with a bath with mixer tap with shower head, wash hand basin and loo.

Up the open stairs to the crog loft bedroom with king sized bed with memory foam mattress. Being a crog loft the stairs are typically very steep.

The door opens up onto a sweet little patio with tubs of colourful flowers and far reaching mountain and sea views across to Cardigan Bay. Private parking to the side of the cottage.

We have had a fantastic time here at Taflod. What a perfect location to explore the Lleyn Peninsula. Close to local facilities yet a rural location. The cottage is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and we felt very relaxed during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Sarah for making us feel welcome. We loved this cottage. Lovely, peaceful location and it has been renovated beautifully. Well designed and finished to a high standard and Sarah's little extras made it extra special to stay there. Taflod has been lovely restaured to an exceedingly high standard and delightful taste. Sarah and Wyn have thought of everything,and I felt very much at home from the word go. Sarah is the perfect, warm and professional, host. The location is peaceful, with lovely views across the Llyn countryside all the way to the South coast.
