Accommodation Details

An immaculate, bright and cheerful cottage with wonderful views across to Hells Mouth, a beach well known to surfers, and a short drive to the busy village of Abersoch. The Lleyn coastline has so much to offer, wonderful coastal walks, beautiful clean beaches, the world famous golf course at Nefyn, the Ty Coch pub on the beach at Porthdinllaen, fantastic local produce and seafood from nearby Mary's crabs and lobsters - Selective Seafoods. The village has a good little cafe and pottery.

The owners who live next door respect your privacy as much as they like theirs! They have farmed and lived in the area for many years and love welcoming families to this beautiful part of North Wales.

Relax in the sitting room after a day out and enjoy the views from the comfy sofa and chairs, the wood burning stove is bliss on chilly spring and autumn evenings, TV. Through to the dining room again with a lovely outlook and round to the bright, sparkling kitchen, well equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and the washing machine is in the utility room.

Upstairs to three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, two of the rooms have fantastic views and the third looks over the garden. Bathroom with loo, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and bath with shower over.

The garden is not enclosed, safe storage for bicycles and beach toys.

You will receive a wonderful welcome at this sparkling bright family holiday cottage.

Have just come back from a wonderful week in Talcen Eddaw. The cottage is lovely, surrounded by wonderful countryside and beautiful beaches..The cottage itself is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need and Mr @ Mrs Roberts were very welcoming.. would love to go back and stay there again soon.
