Tucked away down a long private drive where you can enjoy magnificent views across Anglesey to the mountains of Snowdonia this is one of a row of sympathetically converted stone barns which is a brilliant holiday cottage - nicely presented, toasty warm in the winter, just relax, eat, drink and enjoy the beautiful island of Anglesey.
Llangefni is home to the wonderful Oriel Mon Gallery which houses the Sir Kyffin Williams collection, a really interesting exhibition on the history of Anglesey and a first class café, I love their millionaires shortbread!!
The cottage is central to everything on Anglesey a short drive will take you to the many beaches and coves on the island whether you turn north, south east or west there is plenty to do, visit the many attractions on the island, or a perhaps a walk up Snowdon, Llanberis is about twenty minutes by car.
A bright contemporary open plan spacious living room, polished wooden floors throughout comfy contemporary furniture, TV and DVD with Free view, CD/radio, dining table and chairs close to the kitchen area which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of sparkling new utensils.
Cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin and utility room with washer/dryer.
Upstairs to two bedrooms a bunk bedroom and double bedroom. An additional room with a bunk bed can be made available, subject to agreement with the agency.
Bathroom with bath, a power shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin, heated towel rail.
The front of the house has a barbecue area with barbecue and patio furniture and small garden area that is not enclosed.
The barns are surrounded by open fields where you are free to walk and enjoy the wonderful views.
This cottage is everything you need and more!! It is like a home from home and is immaculate. It made our holiday a lovely place to come back to after our days out and is perfectly placed to get anywhere on the island. i would highly recommend staying here and we will be definately be booking again!! Just returned from spending a week in this fantastic cottage,it's in an ideal spot for touring all the attractions Wales has to throw at you but most of all it's spotless and everyting you'd need is supplied.
