This superb chic holiday house is the epitome of contemporary glamour! Mirrored surfaces, underfloor heating, modern soft furnishings and a sea view to die for gives this house the wow factor! The front of this pretty terrace cottage gives nothing away about what you will find when you step inside.
On the sea front in the popular seaside village of Criccieth, this recently fully modernised cottage has the most fantastic views of the Castle and the sea over Tremadog Bay. When you sit on the pretty terrace with wicker sun loungers, table and chairs and soak up the evening sun with a glass of wine and a good book, listen to the sea lapping onto the beach below.
The tastefully furnished, open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room is light and airy and really is a luxury home by the sea. The kitchen has an electric stainless steel oven and hob, large integrated fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave oven and large oak dining table with cream leather chairs. With a soft muted colour scheme and sumptuous sofas set around a modern wall inset gas fire, the sitting room is warm and cosy, elegant and contemporary. Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD. The utility room has a washer with dryer. The conservatory is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the magnificent views come rain or shine!
Upstairs are three pretty bedrooms; one double with 4ft 6ins bed, one single with 3ft bed and one twin with two 2ft 6ins beds, all with top quality matresses. The modern bathroom has a luxurious hotel feel, with heated towel rail, loo and hand basin and bath with shower over.
The garden terrace looks straight out to sea and up to the wonderful Criccieth Castle above. At night the southern vista over the bay comes alive with twinkly lights along this beautiful coast line with the Snowdonia mountain range behind.
