Accommodation

Ty Llwyd is a four-bedroomed holiday home in a fantastic central location in the popular village of Trearddur Bay, on the western coast of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. It is the ideal spot for a relaxing break or a busy family holiday. Activities in the area include sailing, kayaking, diving, surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf and motor sports.

The house is a much loved holiday home, enjoying direct views towards the main beach and Holyhead Mountain beyond. It is a two minute walk from several of Trearddur Bay's sandy beaches and rocky coves and is conveniently positioned opposite the Seacroft pub - perfect for long lunches or child-friendly suppers.  Walkers and wildlife enthusiasts can enjoy striding out along the coastal footpath - from Trearddur Bay along the coast to the Rhoscolyn coastguard lookout and down to Rhoscolyn beach is a wonderful walk - look out for 'Bwa Gwyn', the white arch on the way! Local shops and the Trearddur Bay Hotel are also a 5 minute walk away.

Ty Llwyd has spacious living accommodation - two large, light and bright sitting rooms with a television in each and a DVD player, and a large modern kitchen/dining/conservatory area.

It has driveway parking for two cars and is surrounded by a private, pretty garden with lawns and rocky outcrops, and a very large decking area, complete with table & chairs, for outside living and al fresco dining.

The house is built on an elevated position on rocks and is accessed by stone steps, so not suited to disabled visitors unfortunately. The elderly and those in charge of infants should note that care must be taken on these front steps accordingly.

The four bedrooms comprise of one small double (with basin) and one small bunk room (with adult sized bunks) downstairs, and a large twin and large king size bedroom upstairs. It has a bathroom upstairs (bath, basin and loo) and a newly fitted shower room downstairs (walk in shower, basin and loo).

The house has gas central heating on the ground floor, a wood burning stove in one of the sitting rooms and electric heaters in the two upstairs bedrooms.

A lovely house for a happy seaside holiday!
