Accommodation Details
A pretty, romantic, snug wooden chalet, in the most peacful setting overlooking an orchard of fruit trees laden with apples. Just the place to relax and re charge your batteries. You will be welcomed on arrival with freshly baked bread or cakes and if the hens are laying there will be fresh eggs to buy, you will not want to eat a supermarket egg again!!
A spacious, bright and calm open plan living room, comfy sofas set around a flame effect fire which is cheerful on the cooler autumn and winter evenings, TV with DVD and video, round pine dining table and chairs. In the summer throw open the doors and eat outside on the veranda which has pretty pots growing something of interest all year round. The kitchen is well equipped, tried and tested for the most expert cook, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, a freezer and washing machine in the utility room.
Two pretty bedrooms one double and one bunk bedroom with double bunk bed and a single on top. Bathroom with a bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin, heated towel rail.
Yr Berllan is part of a working farm, the cottage is set away from the farm on its own and has its own drive. A delightful chalet that you will return home feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. The owners were really nice and the welcome they gave was really appreciated. Thank you. Elaine & Malcolm Hyman
Visited Y Berllan last summer with our then 2 year old son. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the owner and some delicious scones. Our son was delighted that it is situated on a working farm and loved saying goodnight to the cows nightly! There was building work in progress at the owner's house which meant there was a little bit of mess about the place, but no noise. As it is a working farm there are bits of machinery around the place which only pleased our digger mad son even more, might not please everyone. However we enjoyed it so much that we are booking again for this summer at 2011 prices!! Significant price increase but we've decided it's worth it! Mrs Williams
