Pet Friendly Holiday Cottages
We know that so many of you want to take your pooch on holiday and many of our cottages welcome well behaved pets (they are all well behaved!!). Please check the web site for cottages that accept pets, some will say by arrangement which means that the owner is usually pleased to receive a small to medium dog but not a Great Dane or Old English Sheepdog. Ask and we will help.
We can also recommend good boarding kennels if you want to have a day out without the dog. We have also been known to accept a turtle, a parrot, a rabbit and a gerbil!!

Capel Ogwen lies on an unspoilt, sparsely populated stretch of coastline and is approached through a vast lodged gateway and down a mile of private drive. A former head gamekeeper's home, it is a house of space and character, extended so that large groups can enjoy themselves together or be solitary as they wish. Ideal for house parties and family reunions, it is available for short breaks and long weekends out of high season. This quaint little wooden cottage nestles on the side of the hill above Llanfairfechan, on the edge of the garden of a most interesting old house. Both the cottage and the house were designed by a well known architect, Herbert North, and the main house is open to the public who come to admire its Arts and Crafts interior, and its woodland gardens. Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this is the ideal place for walkers as there is a footpath from the front gate and wonderful walks up the hill and along the beautiful valley behind the village.
