SHORT BREAKS
Many of our cottages are available for short breaks

3 night breaks are charged at 70% of the weekly rental

4 night breaks are charged at 80% of the weekly rental

COMPLETE a BOOKING FORM (which you will find at the back of the brochure) or on the web and send it with your PAYMENT of Rental or Deposit & £15 Booking Fee. (Overseas booking fee is £20). CONFIRMATION of the booking will then be sent to you which will show your Booking Reference Number, details of your booking (Property and Dates booked) the amount of money received and details of any chargeable Extras (e.g. Pets, Linen Hire etc.). It will also show the amount of the balance due and the date by which it must be paid. Reminders are not sent.

PAYMENTS should be made by cheque payable to Menai Holiday Cottages, or by Credit Card. We reserve the right to include a 2.5% surcharge on Credit Card payments if a cheque could be used. Sterling Bank Drafts are accepted for bookings from overseas.

The TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS of how to find the property and arrangements for KEY COLLECTION and ACCESS to the property will be sent on receipt of your final payment. If you are arriving after dark please BRING A TORCH. Please notify the owner or the office if you will be arriving or departing on a day other than those stated on your booking.

REFUNDABLE HOUSEKEEPERING DEPOSITS are charged for non-family or group bookings; in some larger properties and for all Christmas and New Year Bookings. These deposits are held by Menai Holiday Cottages and they are banked one week before the holiday is taken. They are returned as soon as we have received confirmation from the Owner/Caretaker that there has been no damage, or extra cleaning required.

ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS. We are unable to accept alterations to the property chosen or the dates booked once confirmation of your booking has been issued. We shall make every effort to help if such a change is necessary but additional costs incurred will be notified.

Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.
Saturdays between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

EMERGENCY NUMBER
There is an after hours number for emergencies and this is given on the office answerphone.
