The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.There’s a large island that makes a great breakfast bar.The washing machine is located in the utility room.
There is also a lovely wooden dining table with a bench seat and chairs - perfect for family suppers!
The sitting room is a pure delight with its pop of bright and cheerful yellow in the form of the most comfy armchairs!
There is an equally comfy sofa and two reclining armchairs which are all set around a wood burning stove which makes this area perfect for relaxed evenings after a busy day.There is a 43" LED smart TV for your entertainment.
There is a cloakroom on the ground floor with loo and wash hand basin.
Heading upstairs, there are three bedrooms: The first is a large room with a king size bed an en suite with shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin.
There are also two twin bedrooms, one of which has beds that can be made up as a king size bed by prior request.
Finally, there’s a shower room with a large shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
At the front of the house there’s a small garden that runs the length of the property as well as parking for one car at the back of the house.
