This sunny, welcoming cottage sits next to the Coastguard look-out at Penmon Point, near the small town of Beaumaris. The panorama is simply breathtaking! You cannot get a much wider or better view of the coastline, with the backdrop of Snowdonia and the Great Orme. Stand on the patio with your morning coffee soaking up the view across the garden of the Menai Strait with magnificent Snowdonia in the background. We love the original work of artist and designer Simon Ransome, which is dotted around: paintings, an interesting lamp made from a boulder from the beach, and other bits and bobs. The cottage has a relaxing feel, and fantastic views from almost every window.

The sitting room has a solid fuel stove which burns logs or coal, adding extra ambience to wild winter evenings. A TV and DVD player are provided. French windows open onto the terrace.

The welcoming kitchen/dining room is equipped with double electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The farmhouse dining table and chairs will comfortably seat eight people.

With French doors opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs to three bedrooms: a double, twin and a bunk room. The double and twin bedded rooms both look out to sea.

Bathroom with loo, basin and over-bath shower; there are glorious views from the bath! Downstairs bathroom with loo, wash basin, bath with shower over and a heated towel rail.

Private enclosed garden and south-facing terrace with garden furniture, ideal for eating outside. There is another small garden to the front.
