Comfortable and welcoming, Bronallt is ideally situated between the mountains of Snowdonia and the sea. The village of Y Felinheli is on the edge of the Menai Strait, and here you will find a small grocery store, a Post Office and good places to eat - try The Garddfon on the sea front.

If you prefer to relax at home, there is a great alternative to eating out! Barbara, the owner of Bronallt and a member of the Menai Holidays team, is the cook behind the delicious and highly rated Cottage Suppers (see the menu on the website). She or her husband, Geraint, who farms the surrounding land, will deliver a delicious cooked meal to the cottage, ready for you to heat and eat!

Bronallt is a bright and sparkling ‘home sweet home', and its delightful owners will ensure you have a memorable holiday. The cottage has a great following of repeat visitors, from young families to older guests. Being on one level, it is especially suited to visitors with a wobbly knee or hip.

Comfy sofas and chairs are set around a gas flame-effect fire. You will notice the paintings, a present from a happy guest! TV with Freeview, DVD player, and plenty of books and games.

Round the corner is the dining room, which overlooks the well tended garden and patio.

The cheerful, brightly painted kitchen is where you will find a welcoming tea tray on your arrival. It is very well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You can tell this kitchen has been equipped by a cook!

Two double bedrooms and a twin room, all furnished and presented to a high standard, and enjoying a pleasant rural outlook.

The safe, enclosed garden has plenty of room for ball games and is neatly mown with pretty borders and interesting shrubs offering year-round colour. The patio has cheery pots of geraniums.
